The two-part building complex near the north harbour has bright, urban facades on which bronze and brass railings set optical accents. Retail and food outlets ensure vibrant ground floor zones, with office space also included in both parts of the buildings. The buildings form the northern and southern border of the attractive harbourside square, Nordhafenplatz.

Development of the model in Revit, Drawing, execution, and adaption of plans from WP1 to WP2 and also rescaling of plans to 1.50 scale, subsequently expanding details were my main tasks. Collaborating with other colleagues in BIM, I have demonstrated excellent communication and organizational skills.
